Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Paraguay in Damascus

· Have a Paraguayan civil identity card or a copy of the document, expired passport, or another valid document that proves identity.

· Passport-size photo with white background, front-facing, without accessories.

· Fill out and sign the application form.

· Reside within the jurisdiction of the Diplomatic or Consular Representation.

· Appear in person at the office (except for duly justified cases).

· Have no criminal record.

· Pay the corresponding consular fee.
